Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Kwesi Daily Tech Brief (“the app”), operated by Kwesi Dadson, Tema, Ghana. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
The app emails you a daily summary of technology news gathered from public sources. The service is currently free.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account and authorise the app to send email on your behalf.
- The brief is sent only to your own email address.
- You can stop the service at any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to send email to anyone other than yourself.
4. Content
Briefs summarise and link to articles published by third parties. Those articles belong to their publishers. Summaries are provided for information only and may contain errors; check the original source before relying on them.
5. Privacy
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. We may change, pause or end the service at any time. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
